Anti-Spam Policy
Unsolicited email, purchased lists, scraping, and cold outreach are prohibited on Sendout.
1. Recipient expectation
A recipient should reasonably expect the message because they created an account, requested authentication, made a purchase, performed an action requiring confirmation, subscribed appropriately, or otherwise established a legitimate relationship with the sender.
2. Lists we do not allow
Sendout prohibits purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, appended, guessed, or third-party lists that do not establish a direct and appropriate recipient relationship with the sender.
3. Transactional messages
Transactional messages should be tied to a specific user, account, purchase, security, or application event. Senders must not label promotional or prospecting content as “transactional” to avoid recipient preferences or policy requirements.
4. Unsubscribe and preferences
For optional, promotional, newsletter, or subscription-based messages, senders must provide a clear opt-out mechanism where applicable and honor requests promptly. Senders may not intentionally route around an opt-out by switching domains, identities, or customer accounts.
5. Bounces and complaints
Hard bounces and complaints are serious signals. Sendout may suppress affected recipients and restrict customer sending. Customers must investigate the source of elevated bounces or complaints and correct recipient acquisition or content practices.
6. Abuse reporting
Suspected spam or abuse can be reported to support@sendout.com.br. Include the full message headers, sender address, recipient context, and any relevant evidence when available.
7. Enforcement
Sendout may immediately pause or suspend accounts associated with spam, phishing, deceptive sending, abusive complaints, suspicious recipient acquisition, or attempts to circumvent enforcement.
