Abuse & Enforcement
How Sendout detects, investigates, restricts, and resolves abusive or high-risk sending behavior.
Signals we may review
- Bounce and complaint patterns.
- Unusual volume or velocity changes.
- Recipient-acquisition concerns.
- Phishing, malware, fraud, or impersonation reports.
- Domain or credential compromise.
- Attempts to evade suppression or account restrictions.
- Third-party provider or mailbox-provider feedback.
Possible actions
Depending on severity and urgency, Sendout may issue a warning, lower quotas, rate-limit traffic, temporarily pause sending, revoke credentials, require domain reverification, request remediation, suspend an account, or terminate service.
Immediate intervention
Sendout may act without prior notice when activity creates material security, fraud, abuse, recipient-harm, or reputation risk.
Remediation
When appropriate, customers may be asked to explain the root cause and document corrective actions, such as changing recipient acquisition, removing stale data, correcting content, rotating credentials, or improving authentication.
Review requests
Customers may request review of an enforcement action by contacting support@sendout.com.br with relevant evidence and completed remediation steps.
To report abuse, email support@sendout.com.br with “ABUSE” in the subject line and include full headers or other evidence when possible.
